Printing & Shipping

Processing time (can range from 2-5 days depending on how busy the ordering season) - Since we print every shirt once it's ordered, this is the time we need to print an order prior to packaging & shipping your items. 

Customs and import taxes - Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are unfortunately not responsible for delays due to customs on international orders.

Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds

We will gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations for a refund. We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. 

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please make sure to contact us within: 14 days of delivery for an exchange or return. Contact us at, and we will help get everything taken care of! 

Please ship items back within: 30 days of delivery (or let us know that it's been sent in that window).  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase. We know that's fast, but since we print each individual shirt once ordered, it’s hard to cancel an order 24 hours after you place it. We just printed that awesome shirt for you! 

If you receive a bad item (which is rare) - a printing error or small defect in the shirt that we missed before shipping, please email us at and we will gladly arrange a reprint! 

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

We can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders unless they are damaged or defective. 

Or if you've already worn / washed the shirt, it's now yours. 

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition (unwashed or unworn), the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
